## Why your players will love it
**Actually owning something.** Every property has its own area on the map, its own price and its own currency — cash, gold, bloodmoney or rol. You can require a deed item, add brokers with commission, and let the player sell it back to the government for part of the value.
**The house is theirs.** A door that really locks, its own chest, a safe, a wardrobe and keys for friends — with detailed permissions for each holder. Want your partner to touch the chest but not the safe? Two clicks in the panel.
**A house that grows.** Chest with infinite upgrades: each level doubles weight and slots, paid in items. Same goes for the key limit.
**Decorating is half the fun.** Furniture shop with an NPC, 3D preview before buying and over 350 ready models. The player places, rotates and adjusts every piece wherever they want inside the property.

## Why you, the server owner, will love it
**Create properties without editing a file.** The `/buildhouse` command opens an in-game panel where you draw the area by walking the terrain, set price, tax, chest and type, and save straight to the database. `/getdoorhash` captures a door on the spot. No server restart for every new house.
**Economy under control.** Automatic periodic tax per property, in whichever currency you choose, with advance periods and an admin pause. The money can go to the public treasury, to a business, or to any system of yours.
**Clutter under control.** Cleanup of loose props inside the property, paid by the owner, logged and reversible. Furniture limit per house. Return to the government with configurable furniture and refund rules.
**Fits what you already run.** Farms link automatically to `btc-ranchman`. Businesses link to `btc-business` and set the owner's job. The wardrobe points to your clothing script. Optional lockpick for the outlaws.
